Building your list using the niche finding technique is a rare, fast growing but neglected method of building you list. After which, write articles using the keywords or phrases you found as the topic.

Note: The topic of your article is the most important. Make sure your keywords or phrases are included in the first sentence of the article.

Post such articles to article site. The one I recommend to people and I use is www.ezinearticles.com. Google loves this article site on its search engine. It is free to sign up. Visit them get details of sign up.

When all this is done, design a website that is able to collect email addresses of people who visit your site as a result of your articles searched out through the search engines.

This is done by subscribing to an autoresponder service. There are many of them online. When you subscribe with them, they should give you a subscription form code that you can paste on your site that allows visitors to subscribe to your newsletters or whatever.
